THE SUNDAY RANT AND RAVE

Seems to be a shortage of new threads in the Forum,so how about a " Sunday rant and rave " ?
Want to let off steam? Thinking about the crap state of the country and wondering how worse it can get in your lifetime? Anything in the media that so pisses you off that you want to goose step down to the local town hall and take a mallet to those who deserve it?
So here goes a first - lets see if it catches on.
EU KIDDING ?
Sat in at home on a rainy Sunday afternoon, feet up in front of a roaring fire ,glass of Theakstones best to hand and a couple of snoring Border Collies at feet - no room in my local it's full of spotty southerners walking the Penine Way and whining about the weather. I should be a picture of contentment,happy with life,acheived most of my goals,nice family.house,neighbours etc yet sitting down and reading through todays Times (thats the paper that us lot up north who really run the country read - you lot down south have the Guardian) all i can feel is a sense of anger,betrayal and disgust that we've finally been outmanouvered into the closing chapters of the Lisbon treaty,it's final ,can't be reversed no matter which political party is re-elected ,your future and those of your children is now being decided in Brussels by foreign bureaurocrats who you have not elected,have no recourse to take them to account and whos financial competance and corruption would put a third world dictatorship to shame.
We now have a EU President and EU Foreign Minister - the biggest ever joke on the international stage.
President Herman Van Rompuy from Belgium is your new boss.Belgium if you can't place it is a dysfunctional country whos population cannot agree which language to speak and it's greatest claim to fame is that it acted as a bullet stop for the Kaisers and Hitlers armies in both World Wars.Herman is a dedicated European federalist who when interviewed recentley stated he was commited to imposing his federalist dogma on all aspects of EU Legistation including bring in statutes that would require all government and local authority buildings to fly the EU flag as a primary standard,national flags to be relegated to secondary status.Schools and school children are to be the focus of a concentrated propaganda campaign to promote this vision of "Europe above national identity"
"Baroness" Cathy Ashton is your new EU Minister for foreign affairs - Cathy who??? She was elected to cabinet in Tony Blairs days when he packed his ranks with female members regardless of competence to grub up a few more votes from the electorate. Her shining CV reads as an ex chairwoman for the campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and current position in the EU Trade Commision was to engineer a deal with Cuba to pay em a few more pesos for the Bananas they export under to us under a Fair Trade aggreement.
These two insignificant clowns have have been chosen to represent you and half a billion other people on the world stage.Chosen by who? They were chosen by a cartel led by Germany and France determined to ensure that their own national interests and visions of a united Europe are not disrupted by any strong prominent figure who might be tempted to "rock the boat".
Barack Obama and every other world leader must be howling with laughter.
Remember the days in the 1980's when Maggie Thatcher came back from a EU summit in Brussels after telling them how we were going to spend our own money? Gordon Brown and his servile little underlings came back last week like a bunch of kicked spaniels,wimpering after being well and truely kneed in the knackers by our European "partners".
How did we get in this state? Whats happened to our national identity?
How many of you got off the landing crafts in San Carlos Bay in 1982 believing at the back of your minds that it was now payback time for your country and then remember the rapturous welcolme home and huge upsurge in national pride that followed? Whats happened since and who's to blame for miserable decline that we're in?
We have been stuffed ,misinformed,denied any vote or say in how we are going to govern ourselves in the future by the Labour Government in it's blind obsession with forcing us to become members of a European State regardless of the wishes of the people who elected it.
So what can we do about it ? sadly nothing - EXCEPT GET REVENGE!
Next election time when your local Labour dwarfs are out canvassing and happen to pass by,invite them in to your humble abode. Being such a load of simple minded numptys who have no perception that the world is populated by many evil minded bar stewards they will probably be delighted to enter.Once in invite them to don a full length Burka (in the spirit of multi culturalism) once again they will be only to pleased to agree,overjoyed that they have finally found a soul as half witted as themselves.
Once bound and helpless beat em with a 20 year old copy of Pegasus,drag them chained though the countryside behind the old Land Rover then donate the remains to the foxhounds at your local hunt.Cant think of a more just and fitting end.

Thats it gents Sunday rant is over time for the walk then an appointment with a large Brandy

that was good rant, now you know why I pushed of to the colonies when I did, mind you things are really no better here in Oz we have the same politicians who keep in touch with each other by the internet and swop ideas on how to keep the proletariat under foot. rather than a brandy may I suggest a good claret followed by a good lie down or kiss the dogs and kick the wife.

Just back from taking father in law to his Doctors. This is my Monday Rant, the place was full and I mean full of W..s!! The signing in computer had instructions for 6 other countries and they looked at us if we should not be there. Not only that they were all young and fit quite capable of work. This caps the fact that on Saturday there was a "Rally" with banners stating "There is no Such Thing as Illegals"!! The good thing was it rained and the wind blew so that did not last long!! This is in a small town which used to have a population of 40,000 British white people now it seems that we are over run by immigrants from all parts getting all the assistance, while my daughter is made to feel unwanted because of the fact that she is English. She went with my Granddaughter to sort out her Benefits and the women that interviewed her said she felt embarassed that she could not offer her more while in the next cubicile there was a Kosavan family getting all the help. No wonder so many are thinking of supporting the BNP!! Rant over not seen anything from Aussie Nick recently are you still housekeeping and cooking. You had better be careful especially if that photo in the pinny gets out we will all be talking about you!!

Hey Nick,At least you PM Kevin Rudd,had the guts, to stand up and say,"It's not the Australian people who must adapt,it's the muslims who must adapt to the OZ way of life" and if they didn't like it,to F... off back from whence they came,not like this spineless bunch of BAR STEWARDS,that calls itself a government,that we are lumbered with,BRING BACK MAGGIE THATCHER,she had more balls, than the whole lot of them, put together.

Jim, dont believe all the propaganda, Rudd got in, to replace the man who stopped all the boatpeople from arriving in Oz, since then with Rudd they are arriving at Christmas Island in droves. He (Rudd) is just another smooth talking , mandarin speaking politician! There are State Politics here as well as Federal. Maggie Thatcher! wasnt she just another polititician as well? I see that Scotland is to get a choice on what to do next year, which way are you leaning?

Nick, At one time I would probably have voted for the independance lobby,but not anymore,the Tartan Tilaban,
these lot seem to be hellbent control freaks,with controls on sales, of ciggy's,booze,(the thing closest to an ex para's heart) even control of air rifles,or there is a possibility of a complete ban,all because some f.....g junky shot and killed a wee wean, in Glasgow,they should have taken him out and hung the barsteward from the nearest veranda,(there's nae trees left in Glasgow)but no that would infringe his human rights,what human rights did the wean have.

Anyway Nick it will not happen,this is a minority government,who with a bit of luck, will be booted out, at the next election

Evening folks.I know i'ts not Sunday but i've been hard at work for the local Plod over the weekend,keeping the country safe and sound and screwing the taxpayer for as much Pension Pot as i can get.
Just been out for a drive in the Dales with dogs,happy and at peace with the world and ready to show a bit of Xmas goodwill and charity to my fellow countryfolk.That is until i come across the total wanker on a mountain bike,zig zaging all over the road, Ipod speakers drilled into his brain who decided to throw himself in front of the old jeep.
One emergency stop later and a bit of grandfatherly advice " A Tosser like you wants to catch a shagging bus" I left him sat at the roadside pondering on his lucky escape and with a face like a smacked pig.
Now i realise there are some who regard cycling and cyclists as a minor irritant in life,bit like kids who wo'nt leave home or cough up with the rent each month but up in this neck of the woods they are a major plague.Can anybody tell me why, when we've got petrol engines, 125 mph trains, cheap air travel that these halfwit bikers want to dress up like transvestite dayglow ballerinas with a helmet thats straight out of the Alien film then get on a two wheeled peice of scrap metal thats hardly changed over the last 200 years and clog up roads up that i've paid a fortune in road tax for the privelige of being able to motor on.
What really pisses me off is when they they start bleating on about Global Warming, total garbage, it's not the millions of petrol engines, power stations in India or China or even the Rainforests that are being lopped out of existence thats at fault. It's these morons puffing there way up and over the Derbyshire Dales like a load of asthmatic ants,spewing out carbon dioxide who are to blame for all those homeless Polar Bears .
Now i realise there are some uneducated folk who may cast doubt on the logic of my reasoning.However there are some startling facts produced by the NHS based on statistics compiled by all the Accident and Emergency Depts countrywide - the evidence is overwhelmiing.
During a 12 month period countrywide there was 26,243 reported incidents involving cyclists recieving emergency treatment,of these 4600 involved cyclists being involved with colisions with other road users.
7170 had hit stationary objects like parked cars,trees etc.
Wait for it ! Over half - some 12000 plus had incurred injuries by falling off their own bikes! Proves the point, as a percentage of the human population cyclists are the most stupidest.Imagine the uproar if we had 12000 incidents of motorists diving out of their cars whilst bombing along the M1?
Now for somebody my age this is quite frightening.I'm looking forward to retiring and being looked after in my declining years by a younger population who at the least will have the IQ to work out which hole to stuff the porridge in.Another statitistic - there are approximatly 12 million cyclists of various ages in the country.Thats over 18 per cent of the country with the IQ of Plankton.
Clearly desperate measures are called for to reverse this trend.Now I'm not calling for a mass ethnic cleansing,concentration camps.sticking em all in stripy pyjama suits (old Adolf went a little bit over the top with that palava in the 1940's) but we need to control the numbers of these road tax dodging parasites.
I Propose a National Stomp A Cyclist Day on September 1st (my birthday) Remember the Gloriouse 12th - start of the Grouse shooting season ? We can now have a gloriouse 1st September all cyclists are fair game run em over,set the dogs on em, use em as HGV brake pads. The mental health and future breeding stock of Old England will improve no end. It will help unemployment - thousands will be needed to clear the carnage off our roads,also all those poor redundant foxhounds can be dragged out of retirement and used to flush em out of their cycle lanes and trails.We can make it a Public Holiday - load the kids into the old 4x4 they'll have a great time spotting for you with the old binos.Happy days !
