Front Row - McKelvie, 2, Dave Chandler, 4, Mylne.

Kieth West (RIP) 2nd row 4th left, Andy Stride 3rd row 2nd left, Jimmy Wall (RIP) 3rd row 3rd right and Andy McKenzie (RIP) 3rd row 1st right.

CYPRUS
Tom McKelvie 1st row 1st left sitting, Jonny Costello 3rd left sitting, Jimmy Wall(RIP) 1st row, extreme right kneeling. Extreme right standing with pipe Sgt Stevenson (?) and maybe Harry Heap standing right of centre with no shirt on(?).

Second picture "Joe" Partner 3rd from the left standing,"Piggy" Watson to the left of Robbie,"Shinner" Shinell 4th from the right front rank,was that the exercise that we had to dig in everything under cover including the vehicles?

Some were recognised Ok here are the names as I know them,
Back row from left Bobby Goldsmith - Bob Collier - Steve Ward - Frank Wellens - Dave Needham - Phil Haywood.
Third row Stubby Kay - Eddie Edwards - ? - ? - Jimmy Wall - Jacko Jackson - Dinger Bell.
Second row Mick Mingins - Ian Shanks - Sparky Smith - Pete Lines - Brummy Downton - Taff Maunder - Trevor Shinwell - Stan Causer.
Front row Jock McKelvie - Sgt Dick Crawford - Lt Dave Chaundler - Sgt John Shipton - Paul aka Robbie Mylne.

Appologies to the two guys between Eddie Edwards & Jimmy Wall - the memory fades - thanks to taff Maunder for the photo and remembering some of the names I forgot.

Isn't number 9 Frank Walker? and it's FRED McShane, we were both in 7 Plt when I first joined the Batallion. If I remember right we were both in Pete Spicers section.

Yep,

He's still around. Runs a tyre fitting operation in Fleet.

His brother Norman was in C coy with me at the time of that photo, he lives in Australia.

Hi, I can't be 100% sure but third row fourth from left, ie the middle, I think it could be my Dad, Brian Jones, think he was known as taff.
