I served with "Farra the Para" on two tours of Bahrain,the first when he was 2i/c to Rolly Gibbs when we were on the airfield in tents and building Hamala camp,the second on the Radfan Operations,he was a bloody good CO,strict but fair,we were lucky to have him during that time.
